Strategic Project Management International (SPMI) takes the principles of conventional project management practices to a global level, focusing on how projects contribute to an organisation’s national and international strategy and success. It requires navigating complex factors such as cross-cultural collaborations, diverse financial, legal and regulatory environments, and the uncertainty of global market dynamics.
However, a successful strategy is dependent upon having a mature internal organisational portfolio, program and project management (OP3M) system in the first place. It also depends on the professional approach of competent managers with both technical and P3M expertise.
As an organisation SPMI offers advice and consultancy in all matters relating to improvement in OP3M and the attainment of business results.

SPMI methodology is based on over 30 years of experience dealing with over 100 companies, departments and agencies in Australia and Asia.
